The next time you’re looking for a venue for your next party or meeting, choose Big Oaks Golf Course. Our banquet room is perfect for rehearsal dinners, weddings, reception, birthday parties, corporate event and much more. You will find that our banquet hall possesses a great view with fantastic amenities. We are just minutes from the Barnes Crossing mall, so if you are out shopping for your special day or event, you can easily drop by and tour the banquet hall. Pay us a visit, and you’ll soon see why we’re a top choice for couples, businesses, and party planners around the Tupelo, MS, area. We allow members of the general public as well as members of our club to access our semi-private course and banquet room seven days a week, so whatever day you want to hold your event on, we can accommodate you as long as you book far enough in advance. Our banquet hall can seat about 140 people, so you’ll be sure to have all the room you need. Our banquet hall also provides easy access to bathrooms, not to mention our patio, which overlooks the golf course. The two TVs in our banquet hall will provide everyone at your meeting or party with a great view of any slide shows or videos you want to show. One of our TVs is a 60’’ flat-screen TV that is perfect for showing everything from football games to data on company revenue. We also have Bluetooth available in banquet hall so you can listen to your own music.

Big Oaks is a non-smoking facility. Big Oaks will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage of any items left in the building prior to or following the event. Any broken or missing items, as well as, damages to the property caused or created by the guests will be the sole responsibility of the sponsoring organization or host. You may bring in your own food or drinks and the caterer of your choice. You are responsible for the cleaning up of your own trash and picking up behind yourself after your event. All sound and music outdoors must stop at 11 p.m. All events must conclude at 11:30 p.m. unless otherwise negotiated.

Big Oaks would love to use photos from your special event to show to future clientele, but we understand if you would prefer not to share the pictures for privacy reasons. Please inform the director of events on your decision.

1.) All of the items of Big Oaks can be removed or moved into a different location including the items on the walls, furniture (inside or outside) by Big Oaks Staff ONLY

2.) The tables and chairs are provided at no additional cost.

3.) You are responsible for all items that are brought in and the set up of those items.

4.) One cooler is available for your use. You are not allowed to use the freezer or refrigerator.

5.) Ice is available at no cost.

6.) Free use of plastic drink containers is available for your use.

7.) The wood screen above the beverage cooler can be removed by Big Oaks Staff ONLY.

8.) The only sink to rinse food is where the garbage disposal is and is marked for your use.

9.) All items can be placed on walls with scotch tape only. NO NAILS CAN BE USED.

10.) Any candles must be approved by the Big Oaks Staff.

11.) All vehicles must remain in the parking lot.

12.) Flowers can only be delivered the day of your rental.

13.) You may use the oven and grill ONLY.

14.) If your event is on Saturday or Sunday rental items can be picked up by noon on Monday.
